Lucid dreaming kit

I bought this a bout two weeks ago, and on the web site he said, you will lucid dream in seven days, guaranteed... And you know what? I Did… As you may have known from a previous post of mine, not that long ago I had trouble with my recall, but this lucid dreaming kit... WORKED for me. WARNING : This kit may not work for everybody, I only chose this tape because I have done almost everything else out there. 1. There are lots of audio MP3:s on the internet for free. 2. A dreamjournal on your computer? Like...notepad? There's lots of websites offering free dreamjournals. However I always write my dreams down on paper, it helps you remember them better and activates your brain. 3. I am 99% sure there's nothing secret about the techniques. If you're not advertising you should post the techniques. Anyway, congratulations on your success!

One, it's not like notepad… It has organized tools and such, Two, I can't tell you of the technique, 'cause you have to buy it to get it.... So you can get for free, And I'm not advertising, im just letting you all know

You know, you could put these "hidden" techniques in a spoiler tag. But I agree, they are probably just regular techniques with the word hidden slapped on to hook you. But if it worked for you, more power to you.

I bought the lucid dream kit months back and it did not work for me and it does not contain anything that you can't find on dream view for free. WASTE OF MONEY

I call shenanigans. I laugh at the thought of spending $60 on a mediocre lucid dream guide that has nothing "exclusive" to it, at least lucidology is all information that you can't really find anywhere else.

I'll tell you what it says. It was a bit silly that the guy didnt tell what it was. It's us vs them. c'mon. that company makes more then enough, so I'll tell you what it is. To start, let me just say I was desperate for LD and I thought, what the hell, its just money. I've had a LD before and it has been 2 months since and I was willing to try anything. It comes with a digital book, that you read each section by day, ie Day 1, Day 5. First day was just giving you an oversight. Day 2 was dream recall. i think Day 3 was more dream recall, maybe dream signs. Day 4 Reality Testing. Now, I've read alot about Reality testing and that you should be religious about it. The main tip that I got from this section was, a digital watch. I've read that before but glossed over it. I even wear one and randomly do test with it. The tip I got from this was to let it beep every hour (I actually turned off that feature because it annoyed me) and to do a reality test every beep. Huh.. Of course, how stupid of me not to see that one. That immediately increased my Reality test through out the day. He also gives you a list of things to do Reality test to, and they make sense because you usually do them every day. 1. When you urinate (heck, we do this numerous times a day) 2. When you arrive at work. 3. When you walk through your front door. 4. When you check the time. 5. When you see a picture of an air port (?? This is a British company, shipped from UK and maybe there are alot of airport photos..) 6. When anything odd or strange or unfamiliar happens to you. It also has affirmations in it. for ex. at the end of Day 4 it said 'YOU WILL HAVE A LUCID DREAM'. And low and behold, I had a Lucid Dream!, finally, thank God, sweet mary and joseph. In the dream, I saw writing in the sky, thought that was odd, checked my Magical Lucid Dream Digital Detector Watch, read the time, looked away and back again. The time changed.
