      Iphone / Ipod apps

What is you favorite app you use for LD?

      My top 3
1- Binaural Beats, just the first hour of my sleep
      2. iBrainwave, same as Binaural Beats, sometimes I use this one.
      3. Relax alarm, very easy way to wake up.

I'm not using any apps yet for remembering to RC, but I think I will set my alarm silent every hour.

Any suggestions to use my Iphone for LD ?

I tried setting an alarm every hour with the word "Dreaming?" popping up but it just started to aggravate me. I also dreamt of my phone and the alarm didn't go off in the dream or anything. I guess if I stuck with it maybe but it's just too annoying for me.

I use brainwave to relax before sleep, but that's it. There's a dream journal program on there thats not bad but really the iphones not the best dream journal. Good if you aren't at home and have nothing else. And it lets you email the entries to yourself. But I'd rather write it or type it on my laptop.

I have the Ambiance app... and it has sounds like white noise or meditation sounds that may help.
its great since it has thousands of sounds, but you download to the app whichever sounds you want, for free.

      I would recommend it.

Sounds good, normally you have to pay for extra sounds. I'll try it today.
Also I found an app, called Alarm lite, where you can record your alarm. Yesterday I recorded my own voice telling me to wake up in my dream, remembering that I'm dreaming. It didn't work but I continue with it it. I believe it works when the time and volume is good.
