      Question B6 Energy Drink

      So today while shopping at an herbal store I came across an interesting energy drink, one of the main ingredients of which was vitamin B6, and when I checked the nutrition facts B6 was placed at 500% So i purchased 2 of these drinks and will drink one tonight and give feedback tomorrow.

      Do you think this would have the same effects as getting B6 directly from food/tablets

      Or how do you think this will affect my dreaming?

      I think it would keep you awake, that's what an energy drink does :p

      See that's what I thought, but the drink itself has no stimulants and it says it's a "long-term energy drink" meant to improve overall energy in life in general, and not a short burst of alertness.

      I just received a free sample of the Slam Energy Drink
      Has B6 at 10MG-500% and B12 at 500MCG-8,333%
