"Drank" to boost recall

Read about this stuff on here a while back, but I can't find it, it was a bit old anyway. I figure a new thread is in order. So, I bought two cans of this stuff at a convenience store, first time I'd ever seen it since reading about it here. The main ingrediants are melatonin, valerian root extract, rose hips extract, and several B vitamins. I drank it around 11:00, by 11:40 I was struggling to stay awake. As would logically follow, I went to bed. My recall has been bad lately, 1 dream on a good night. Last night, between a couple awakenings I recalled a total of 4 full dreams, as well as a few fragments. Ihave one more can left, I'll be using it tonight. If I get more of the same, I'll definately be getting more of these sometime (just have to fond a local store that sells them). Based on my experiences so far it seems like this drink is a go. I'll post back tomorrow with my experiences tonight.

Heh... intresting. I would test it out, but since i don't live near any place that can sell this... Personally, my recall generally sucks alot also. Anyway, update this thread later to inform us further

Effect wasn't quite as strong last night, but it still helped. One dream in particular I recall was a lengthy one involving Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong... I'd be interested to see what this does for others. Donran, If no convenience store nearby sells it see if you can get to one of those everything stores, something like BJ's or Wal Mart. Might have to buy a whole case there, though.
