[b]R.E.M - A motor running beneath my eyelids...</span>

Once I read here about experiencing the REM while lucid or awake. Last night, I was trying to do a WILD thing, cause I had to get up.

When I got back to bed, I had this strange experience

[b]And that\'s the part I want your help.

If I attempt to move, I won\'t cause I\'m on SP. But at the same time I can\'t just think, move and go to the Dream Realm.

Please, give me some advice on <span style="color:red">how to explore SP and Vibe to jump into a Lucid Dream.
