Foods That May Help Lucidity
After only having a few experiences with LD’s and the fact that they were short in length, I decided to try different foods to see if that would help. After thinking back to my first LD I tried to think of what I did any differently then usual activities or food intake. It seems to me that I have had more bananas around that time and am now experimenting with the timing of when to eat them. Also I noticed that if I am active physically more than usual for a given day that my dream recall seems to improve for the next couple of days. If anyone has any experiences with any of these natural methods please do share it with us. I will update my trials with the foods as I discover anything that I feel is effective.
