when using WILD where do you start your dreams?

I was just wandering about this... because all my WILDs so far I have begun in the bed where I was WILDing, this makes it very hard to realize that my WILD succeded.

dream_happy, my WILD experiences also begin in the room I'm in and from the place I'm sleeping.

I've heard that most people begin WILD in the place they usually sleep. So, if you sleep almost always in your bed in your room but happen to have a lucid dream through WILD in the sofa of your living room, it will still start from your bed in your room. I don't have own experiences about this though as I'm not experienced with WILDs but that's what I've heard.

I always sleep in my bed in my bedroom but when I attempt to WILD, I leave my bed around 3:30 am and go to my living room couch... my experiences always start from my living room couch.

ah, thats good to know (I thought it was just me ) but it kinda sucks starting there... because its harder to realize it worked lol (at least for me)

Funny, I've only had one WILD in which the dream began in my bed. All of the others, I merge with the imagery or else open my eyes and find myself in a dreamworld.

I just had a series of them ... about 5 er 10, maybe you could call it all one big one? It was wierd. I kept dreaming and then going back to barely awake/sleep paralysis then back to a differant dream, over and over. Does anyone else do this? When I finally woke up for the last time, I could only remember the latest few dreams, but I remember having like way more of them. Some of them started in my bed, others started in random places. I get imagery, not sounds (I was actually watching Waking Life ... so i did hear the music/conversations from that). I use the imagery to go into my WILDs ... like I've been playing the ps2 game "Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30" lately and all a sudden I imagined myself holding a gun and running thru a creek and then I started the dream. Another one, I woke up cuz I heard my dog barking (he always does it when someone comes home ...) and I get out of bed and was thinking I had the shirt on i was wearing earlier (I took it off before my nap) and then i go to greet my brother and everything looks normal, but i ask him if hes one of my dream characters and at first he doesnt say anything. then i saw a flash of light behind him and to the left that looked like a BIG lightbulb just flicked on(???) and i ask him again and he says yes and nods.

Whenever I MILD, and usually when I WILD, I start on an island, or floating in the ocean. It seems like a surreal place, and a good starting location, and it's easy for me to visualize myself floating on my back or laying on a beach....
