My First Full Lucid Dream(WILD)!!!

So I decided to try a WILD because I hate doin RC and trying to think about LDs before I go to bed and what not. Anyway I start by imaging that I am in an elevator and start to count down from 1000 then my numbers start to change all randomly. And I stopped the elevator and opened the door. Now I knew I was lucid. I looked around and I was in a hotel lobby with no windows/doors and I seen a few of my friends in there and we wanted to get out so I punched a hole in the wall. and all I seen was white emptyness and it was cold. So I jumped out and woke up lol

I still haven't succesfully WILDed, and want to badly. Congratulations on having yours. Are you saying you were counting down in your head while awake, and suddenly realized that the elevator numbers you were imagining had turned real and were instantly in a dream? Was there no in-between sleep stage hypnagogic imagery or sounds type of thing? Was it your normal bed time or did you take a nap, or do WBTB?

It was a WBTB and noimage/sounds or maybe I just didn't really notice them? because I just pictured myself in an elevator pressed "lucid floor button" lol and when you countdown picture the numbers as like the floor of the elevator you are on. Eventually your logic part if the brain will shut down I guess or something idk. It is very interesting I found the idea on a YouTube video and it actually worked. It was guy explaining his technique on how to wild. If you try it I hope it works.
