      Is this WBTB?

My brother came in my room today and woke me up to ask me something. I think he had been hitting his hip flask, but anyway... Once awake, I got up and ate some cereal and returned to bed to have some LD's.
Well today I did not work so I slept late. Sleeping late always encourages LD's, and I did have one rather long LD. I stuck with my latest method of allowing the dream to progress without messing with dream characters by telling them that I am dreaming. The only real interesting thing that occured in the dream was when I was riding in a car that my brother was driving. For some reason I would find myself outside of the car on occasion, and then I would have to re-enter it when it slowed down at a stop. I asked my brother what it was like when I disappeared from inside the car, and he said I was replaced by another person until I returned.
Towards the end of a series of LD's seperated by short periods of waking up, I had the typical LD where I was in my bedroom. I started to think about OBE's in the dream and suddenly I started to feel body vibrations and I heard what sounded like audio feedback , but I calmed myself down and woke myself out of it. I think one day I'll have to try and not wake myself up when I feel the vibrations.

Well, the first LDs might have been attributed to WBTB. When you were up did you do any LD related things, such as reality checks, coming to DV, etc? The other ones sould like you almost reverted from normal sleep into a semi-WILD state. Just remember to relax when you feel the vibrations and/or hear the noise. I personally haven't been in that state, but from what I've learned relaxing is the best thing you can do. You can also look over the WILD tutorial (if you haven't) and try to go lucid from there.

Anyway... Yeah, I know about WILDS. I always seem to enter LD's through dream signs. My current theory is that this vibrational stage may not just be the entrance into LD's (WILD). I've experienced the strong vibrations accompanied by a strange sound twice, both from a LD and not from falling asleep. The most recent time, I entered this stage when I was dreaming that I was standing next to my bed and I tried to relate to my actual location lying on the bed. I think it might be some kind of clash between the conscious and subconscious. But I guess people say that they can get used to the vibrations to a point where they actually feel relaxing.
