      1st lucid dream and my technique

      Hi. Yesterday was my first time trying a lucid dream. I looked it up on the internet for a couple of hours and listened to a downloaded mp3 on it. it was pretty late so i fell asleep pretty fast. when i was going to sleep i just kept saying in m my head 1. Im Dreaming 2. i'm Dreaming 3. I'm Dreaming...
      eventually i was dreaming i was walking up the steps in my School and I looked at my friend and i said I'm Dreaming! I tried to fly but when I jumped I came back down after about a second. I was able to easilly change my dream setting though. I was wondering if anyone has had an OBE while Lucid Dreaming. Thanks

      i have heard of people having OBEs after LDs when they went into SP, and congrats on your LD

      It seems that people who are just starting out doing that couting dreaming thing usually go lucid really quick, Im curious to try it out tonight.

      Scroll down to the part that says (about lucid dreaming). I think the reason i had a lucid dream so easilly was because i was listening all about lucid dreaming for 45 mins and the went strait to bed so that was all that was on mind.
