my first lucid dream in years!!!

finally! It all started last night. I was dreaming normally, and theres this guy at my skool, he made me mad in the dream and i was about to go up and punch him in the face, then all of a sudden i feel like a force stopping me and i thought to myself, what is this force? And then i realized i was dreaming. I just walked away and everything was so clear! It was like real life!!! The first thing i did was had sex with a girl at my skool. It was a random, because i didnt summon her up. I was scared that if i summon her up i would wake up from my lucid dream so i just walked around (it took place in my skool) and i saw her, and ya know, started to go on her and stuff. Then later, i went to my friend's house (in the dream) and showed him fireball coming out of my hands! It was kool, but it was weird.

When fireball was coming out of my hand, my head started to shake alot! And then i woke up, i had a slight headache when fireball was coming out of my hands cuz my head was shaking somehow.

Well, heres my tip into not getting too excited in your lucid dream. First, when you realize your'e in a dream, breath in and out slowly. Calm yourself down. Then the fun starts.

Well it was a good experience cuz in the dream, everything was so clear! It was like real life and i woke up refreshed.

      Congratz on that.

Ive only had a couple lucid dreams (about once a month), but they do seem real.

when i first realise im dreaming, i dont get excited for some reason, i just tell myself "well this is cool, what do i want to do?" and then I go do it.

I've never been lucid during a sex dream, but that's okay, because I can't imagine it being much better than in waking life.
