I just had my first lucid since joining the fourm. I did this by following Leo Volonts advice. All I did before I went to sleep was look myself in the mirror and say I will become lucid tonight. Well, It worked. I put the details of it in my dj. I spent the few minutes I was lucid just walking around and exploring. Then my cell phone rang and I woke up.
