Ok, so I had another lucid dream today. This makes a couple dozen or so in the past few months. They've all lasted for a few minutes or less (mostly less).

I've noticed a trend in my lucid experiences: Sometimes when I become lucid I'll take deep breaths in the dream to help me remain calm but every time I do, or focus on taking any particular physical action in my lucid dream, I start to feel my physical body mimicing that action in real life, which draws my attention out of my dream body and into my physical one, waking me from the dream.

It seems I have to be careful not to move around too much with my dream body when I first become lucid, in order to remain asleep and lucid. But I'm not sure it will make a difference.

Has anyone else had this experience? Any advice?
