Behind the scenes of: My Dream!!!

I had a very odd lucid yesterday, only a short one, but I was in a room full of people, everyone was in chairs round the edge, with more chairs in the middle, like a large waiting room. There was another guy addressing everyone in the room to hold a meeting or an announcement, I didn't hear or have forgotten his words.

However, I became lucid and stood up from the corner where I was sitting, and then I had a very off sensation-

You know that first moment when you go lucid and you sometimes have to fight not to wake up? Well that started happening. Normally, when I blink at this stage I feel my RL eyes blinking, and I see flashs of my room lit by the morning sun, but instead, although I felt my RL eyes blinking, the flashes were of the same room, but filled with cameras and tv equipment, like they were making a film. My vision on that flash was also less refined, like how the cameras they use for 'making of' things aren't as good.

I still managed to gain control and everything, but I'm confused by that fight.

Was I about to have a false awakening? Or was I actually waking up as normal, but got confused with the split image of the dream and real life, creating this odd vision..?

I find that sometimes, when I feel or hear something while sleeping, this feeling transfers into my dream, but in a kind of a different form. Like you said, sun light became camera flashes .. things like that. Or if the TV is loud and someone is talking in it, I would hear the same person talking on a TV in my dream, but he would be saying different things than what he's saying in the RL TV.
I do *sometimes* wake up when such things happen, but not necessarily always.

So I guess that doesn't mean you were about to wake up.
