Exhilarating lucid dream

Well another extremely vivid lucid dream last night. It's a shame it all leaves once eye open my eyes to the waking world. I believe I was in the basement of a warehouse and I became lucid, and then went realized how vivid it was. I was extremely aware of my environment. I looked at my hands they were relatively stable, and I tried to focus the dream by staring at my hands. Then my hands turned into like radiowaves and were fluid and liquid, swirling. Thats pretty much all I can remember, my recall training is not up to standards. I just remember fusing from the dream into reality, and how incredibly exhilirated I was in the dream, because it was once again "the most vivid dream I've ever had" which seems to be a reoccuring theme in many of my lucid dremas but this time when I woke up I was ok with that. The experience happened it was good while it lasted, there are few memories but thats cool, till next time.
