Driving a Car,Harry Potter, Malls, etc. (LUCID DREAM)

When I use the wbtb technique I usually wake up lucid in my room at night. This dream started out this way. By the way I have had over a hundred lucids dreams over the years using this technique. It started at night in my room. I remembered I really wanted to drive a car because I have never done this. I got outside the wind was blowing hard and the dream was very vivid. My dad has a red camero but i didn't have the key. I thought its a dream dont need one. Turned the key holder without a key and the car started. Got really excited at this point and thought I can't believe I am about to drive a car in a dream, amazing!! Remember using the wbtb tech causes your dreams to be highly lucid and real as real can be. So I took a right out of my apartments then I ended up on a street from my apartments five years ago. As I am driving it becomes day light. I decided to turn on the radio. There was a rock song playing a never heard before which actually sounded good to my hears. I thought should I wake up and right down the lyrics. I thought how is it possible that my mind can produce a song like this!!! Then as I am driving to the right of me I see this old english building that was red in color. Looked interesting enough to leave the car on the side of the road. The dream was so real I thought if this wasn't a dream I am screwed for leaving that car there. I walked inside this building to realize that I was IN HARRY PORTER SCHOOl! I dont watch harry potter by the way at all!! The hall was completely empty and huge!!! I walked the this huge school for a while exploring the place. There was this little girl and there mom following me it was very creepy. Then I came apond this guy that was laying on the ground about to die. I since this is a dream I can transferred conscious to a buddha realm. I started to recite om ah hum vajra guru pedma siddhi hum with my hand on the top of his head and ejected his mind to a buddha realm. I felt good about doing that as if a really helped someone. Then I started to walk around some more. I ended up at this huge shopping mall with alottt of black people in one area of the mall. I walked around just smiling looking at all the different people. Then I ran into a hindu priest i knew. I am tibetan buddhist by the way. He said good job and I told him I was dreaming. He was with other indians ladies dressed in saris. I remember thinking how majestic they look and they were all alot taller then me, almost god like. Then I ran into a friend from high school we started to talk. She asked me how I was doing. I looked into a store window at this frog and woke up.

I always have difficulty with cars in dreams. In fact, one of my most common dream signs is when I'm in a car that the brakes aren't working well/at all. I've gotten pretty good at recognizing it now. It's almost like driving a car with no power brakes, and no power steering. It's not impossible, but it's stressful in a dream when you can't slow down the car in time for an intersection. It sounds like you had much better luck. As far as the music part, it's pretty awesome. I've had similar experiences to that as well. It makes you wonder if the song is actually bad, but your dream mind is tricked into liking it, or if it's actually a good song that could possibly have commercial success if it was a reality. Interesting to think about either way. Cool dream.

wow that is such an awesome point!...about how the perspective of the song existed in my mind....thanks for the feedback!....I have noticed that believe is what drives the dream...I have some limitations my self but it gets better as the years go by...

I find this interesting. I once had a dream that I was listening to a long shoegaze song (it was not lucid.) I still clearly remember one of the riffs, I am most definitely using it XD
