A New Method For Me [That May Work For You]

Hello everyone!! The last Lucid Dream I had was about 3 days ago..And it was a really intense once [its posted on the LD experience if you wanna find out about it] But i figured something out that may work....This is it...

For i dont know how long..I have been staying up really late..Like between 3-6am every night..And I wouldn't go to sleep until around then and i would sleep until 10am or 12pm..It's long enough to begin to dream and possibly LD..BUT...the first night after staying up really late for all those nights--maybe a few days to a week--I laid myself down in bed around midnight or so..and i slept..And I had a really intense Lucid Dream...Now my Method that im still going to be working on..is this..

Stay up really late for about 3 days..until 3am or later...go to sleep..wake up whenever i do..So then my sleep cycle will be pretty intune with going to bed at 3am or later..But then..one night randomly just go to bed at like Midnight...And i usually get up between 10am and noon..so that is long hours of sleep..which the other hours of going to bed at 3am..are 6 to 7 hours a sleep..which normally we only have REM between i believe 5 and 6 hours..so since i layed down and took a nice long sleep after staying up late on days and had a LD...I think i might try this Method out myself..and get back to you guys..and inbetween my LATE NIGHTS i always read about Lucid Dreaming--maybe take a few days to gain more informaton in your brain--cuz they said..you never really dream about what hasn't happened in life..so if you concentrate on LDing for a couple days while staying up late--your mind will be focused on it, the night you just toss yourself into bed randomly..

Think about it.... and tell me what you all think

      Thanks
      DJ JONES

I've done that method(never seen it as a method though), works great for dream recall but I've never had any LD's that way.

      I usually go to bed between 2AM - 5AM and wake up around 1PM - 2PM.

I think that may be why I had my first good Lucid Dream, it does seem like I went to bed at like 11PM that night...

I may try this and see how it works.
