First And Amazing Lucid Dream!

Ill be honest the main reason of this thread is to see if this has happened to anyone else, my lucid dream came randomly, I had to search around to find what really happened which i now know was a lucid dream. I had woken up at 9:50 and eventually decided to go back to sleep, I first had a Dream about allot of girls I knew and I could recall there names. I did not know this was lucid at first dude to my limited control, the dream had gone white and then I appeared to what looked like a mall lobby. It had a cafeteria of allot of people i knew. I questioned the reality and decided to do something crazy and that was run across all the tables and do a triple back flip. I then knew I was Lucid Anyway I was wondering if anyone had a dream like mine. The difference between my dream is that the first time I Lucid dreamed it looked like a very good graphic video game and I could move around like in mirrors edge. I could move like a professional free runner and could do whatever I wanted. Strangely in the dream I could not control my bladder, even though I diddent feel it in real life. I had to find a toilet in the dream and go. unfortunately after i tried to enter the mall lobby i woke up... Anyway are my dreams influenced by the video games I play? Can I learn to control more in my dreams like telekinesis perhaps flying? Finally how can I have another Lucid Dream tomorrow!
