      Had another lucid

After my last post I went 3 nights without becoming lucid, and I was becoming discouraged, because I had been working at it for more than a year and suddenly I had started having them, so when I didnt have them for a few nights it was hard. Last night though I knew I would have to get up early for school so I decided not to worry about it, and just slept normally, I woke up at like 5 to change my laundry and went back to sleep, in that hour and a half I had 2 lucids! It is awesome that it has finnaly started working for me! I am making progress I think, because I was able to stay lucid for a few minutes without waking up this time, but I still woke up before I could do anything awesome

sounds like WBTB is good for you! You don't have to stay awake very long for a WBTB (I do a few a night for only like a minute) and they help a lot.

Keep up the excitement, stay in the LD game. The more you have, the easier they are and the more fun you can make them!

      Congrats on lucid dreams!
Don't be discouraged, sometimes getting next lucid dream takes time, but you will definitely get them more often if you continue practicing and keep the right mindset.
And yeah, as BrandonBoss said sounds like WBTB is a good technique for you, and length will definitely improve even more, get your goals ready for when you get your first decent length one.

It defiantly feels great having a lucid dream after so Lon of trying with little to no success, it's like Christmas! Well done also, WBTB seems like it is something you should continue doing, seems to work well for you!

All that hard work is not for nothing. it will be with you for every. You will just need to brush up on it to get back to the level you were if you do have a break later on it life.
I go through my stages after trying for a few months then getting up to 3 a week . i stopt for 6months and it only took a week to get back to that level.

If you set an alarm for 3 to 4 in the morning or drink water if thats not possible . before you go back to sleep say i will have a lucid dream and think about what you will do in your dream etc . This time of the morning is a good time because when you first go to bed your normally to tired and stuff. Your mind and body is repaired and you have had a few REM cycles .
