SP and telepathy? hmmm

Hey guys, today a really strange thing happened to me. I am not sure if I entered SP or if it was still a dream. I hope you can say. So it happened sometimes during the night (not while waking up in the morning or falling asleep when going to the bed), I found myself like half awake. I noticed the signs of SP like I was unable to move my body but still saw things around, not clearly though, it was like sparks when you have too much blood in your head or when you have a low blood pressure. I also felt like somebody is watching me from behind even tough there is a wall immediately at the bed. The most important thing is that I heard a voice like my mum's saying: "I am really hungry" for about three or four times. Then I twice lost my consciousness and heard ringing the phone (that was probably just a hallucination). Then fell asleep again. Why is the voice so important? In the morning I told this to my mom (still live at my mom's house so it's not that we were too much physically distanced from each other) and she said kinda surprised that she woke up during the night and realized that she's hungry . That doesn't usually happen to her, you know to be hungry during the night. What do you think about it? Was it a SP? Never went through it so don't know. And it was just a coincidence or did I somehow read her thoughts? PS: Yea it's also possible that she actually talked from the sleep. Maybe I heard it somehow in the quiet of the night.
