Question ive always had lucid dreams but.......

I've always had dreams that I could control from rewinding what has happened and changing the out come, fly, be in one dream then change to another, being able to wake when I want, carry on with a dream the next night, I can think about what I want to dream about before I go to sleep and remember everything when I wake up.
TBH I've always thought this was the "normal" way to dream my husband doesn't dream at all so I've had nothing to compare to. with what I've been reading everyone has different triggers they use to be able to dream in this way even waking up for an hour before going back to sleep. I'm just wondering how I have no need for these as I'm a really good sleeper and don't wake till the morning.
Also I'm really curious with how I can play around with this amazing gift as I've always loved dreaming.

Any advice or ideas are truly welcome, I've only found out about lucid dreaming this morning

You are natural lucid dreamer and congrats on that.
I am pretty sure your husband dreams, everyone dreams, many just don't remember dreams. As for ideas, here's a great thread with numerous ideas, have fun! http://www.dreamviews.com/general-lu...cid-dream.html
And also check out tasks on TOTM and TOTY, they are pretty interesting: Task of the Month
