really short lucid but strange thing in it

I was reading for a class i'm taking and it was really boring, so i fell asleep. it was really a shallow state of sleep i think cause there was a part where iwas in my bed and i though that i was still trying to fall asleep, and i was like "if it's just a nap i bet i can become lucid easier..." and i did the nose RC and it like barely worked but enough to attract my attention. I tried it again and it worked a little better. i tried to stick my finger through my palm but my body was completely frozen in place and i could barely open my eyes. i said "i'm dreaming" and i got the weirdest feeling and heard weird stuff. I got the feeling like a doctor was shocking me with thats things that start your heart back up... but he wouldn't stop. and i heard this loud buzzing noise that went loud, quiet, loud, quiet etc. well when they stopped, i tried to open my eyes which was very hard, and i couldn't move. i saw my hands... my fingers were really small and bent the wrong way and stuff. what i saw was just like my room... well actually nothing like my room but i was on the same bed and the same book was sitting right next to me, but the room was big, completely empty and sunlit (i block all the light out of my room, but the ceiling light was on in my room before i fell asleep). the walls were lined with big glass windows, and there was a hardwood floor. after trying to move for about 20 seconds, i woke up.

i wish i could've became controlling enough to do something!! did i wake up because it was a shallow state of sleep in a nap?

Yes you could have woken up from it being a nap. Or you could of waken up from trying to move and then in reality you moved your body and that woke you up. Or you could have been to anxious to move and caused yourself to wake up. Just a few i can think of off the top of my head.

It's quite normal that people wake up 'too early' when they're having LDs.

And in your case it would've been easier; it was a nap and you couldn't move. Even if you stayed calm it had to be a little awkward, right?
      hey
