      Yay! Lucid I was!

Wasn't even planning on having one - actually took an Advil because my back was hurting. I ended up in an unfamiliar place with my wife in my dream - I accidentally knocked over a small table, realized I was dreaming and said "hey watch this - I can levitate" and I did - I floated about a foot or two above the floor Andover around the room showing off my skills. Was really cool. Didn't last longer than a min or two. Now I'm ready for longer dreams and more control . . . Just needed to let others know. :-)

      Cheers

Nice! Sounds really cool. I have also experienced having lucid dreams at times when I never expected I was going to have one... really weird.
Saying there is no alien life in the universe is like dipping a cup in the ocean and saying there are no whales.

I think that the fact that i've been taking multi-vitamins on a regular basis is helping with recall and general awareness in my dreams. I've been sleeping well and keeping regular schedule. And it seems the best time for my lucid dreams is right after i get up for morning pee and go back to bed for hour or two. Just my experience

      Cheers
