      sleeping after LDS

      does anyone have trouble sleeping after lucid dreams, I am having them sometimes twice a week now, and I love them they are wicked, but as soon as the dream finishes, I am wide awake and cant bloody get back to sleep like last night io fell asleep, was trying to WILD but just using the methods of WILD to get to sleep really, and had a lucid, anyone I was chucking things at people and they would either dissapear, or change into random stuff, like I threw my keys at this chick sitting on a couch, and she turned into a cat, and jumped on my shoulders, then i stroked the cat and she turned into a mouse sitting on my shoulder, so i cruised around with this mouse on my shoulder HAHAH it was cool, but when I wokup, I cudn't sleep for like 2 hours, always seems to be the case

      i had 2 lds woke up and then had a third one

      Somtimes i have that problem where once i have a ld and then wake up i will not be able to go back to sleep for a while. But then somtimes i can have a ld wake up then have a wild right away so i guess it changes according to what you are feeling like.

      My LDs always come at the end of my sleep time, so I've never really tried to go back to sleep again afterward -- unless you count the times I've just barely roused from a LD, and then drifted back into it another one, which I've done a number of times.
