First lucid in about year that helped me become unparalyzed.

So I attempted a MILD last night and after about a few dream fragments, I had a false awakening with me going into a small sleep paralysis state. I was able to move slightly, but not enough for me to get out of bed. I soon realized that everything was a dream. I accepted the fact in my mind that everything I'm experiencing was normal.

Then suddenly out of NOWHERE, I had full control of my body and I was able to leave my bed without any force stopping me. The only issues I had was that the dream wasn't very vivid and more stable. Rubbing my hands was effective somewhat, but it only kept the dream lasted for a short period of time.

I tried finding my DG later on but then some random computer imaged popped out of nowhere in front of me with a picture of a male. It had a text at the bottom that said "Yeah!!" It almost looked liked an internet meme picture. I wasn't sure what that was all about, I had woke up after that.
