      Hey a Lucid Dream!

Last night, I had a dream where I did an RC and I felt the pain (I usually prick my finger - it doesn't hurt, but I feel something.)! So I said to myself "Oh, this must be real life." So then earlier today I took a nap and I had a dream where some people were raiding the town and nuns were walking around and my brother and I were sneaking around and we left our garage and I saw my favorite basketball (it's red white and blue) and it had a hole in it. So I did an RC and my fingers and arms felt numb so I'm like "Whoa, I must be dreaming!" but then I woke up. It seemed like I wasn't dreaming any longer, rather thinking it up in a conscious state because I moved my arms and my eyes slitted (word?) open and I saw my arms moving. And a few days ago I did an RC in a dream and then I decided to float around and I did but I soon woke up.

Staying alseep after gaining lucidity is tough for me too. I've found that spinning usually helps, but it gets me to excited, and I loose focus of what I want to accomplish. The latest method I've tried, rubbing my hands to gether, seems to work best. I think any prolonged physical sensation to convine your mind that your dream body exists is sufficient to keep a LD going.
