      SP and telepathy? hmmm

      Hey guys,
today a really strange thing happened to me. I am not sure if I entered SP or if it was still a dream. I hope you can say.

So it happened sometimes during the night (not while waking up in the morning or falling asleep when going to the bed), I found myself like half awake. I noticed the signs of SP like I was unable to move my body but still saw things around, not clearly though, it was like sparks when you have too much blood in your head or when you have a low blood pressure. I also felt like somebody is watching me from behind even tough there is a wall immediately at the bed.

The most important thing is that I heard a voice like my mum's saying: "I am really hungry" for about three or four times. Then I twice lost my consciousness and heard ringing the phone (that was probably just a hallucination). Then fell asleep again.

Why is the voice so important? In the morning I told this to my mom (still live at my mom's house so it's not that we were too much physically distanced from each other) and she said kinda surprised that she woke up during the night and realized that she's hungry . That doesn't usually happen to her, you know to be hungry during the night.

What do you think about it? Was it a SP? Never went through it so don't know. And it was just a coincidence or did I somehow read her thoughts?

PS: Yea it's also possible that she actually talked from the sleep. Maybe I heard it somehow in the quiet of the night.

I don't believe in telepathy so I'm voting no. It's either a coincidence or you heard her say it or you both ate the same light dinner and hunger was on your mind.

To answer your main question, I don't really know and it's impossible to say. What I wanted to share was that I used to think I was still in sleep paralysis and then I found out I was really dreaming (the feeling persists in the dream). I came across a girls thread about the exact same topic and she said she was able to roll off the bead, in order to start the LD. In real life you would just break the paralysis before you could actually roll out of the bed so I don't believe you run the risk of actually rolling off the bed. I have yet to do this and discover that it wasn't a dream. I've been lucid dreaming for about a year now and I still experience the sensation of sleep paralysis in dreams/LD's all the time. Just wanted to share that.

Telepathy hmm. Recently just these past few days I'd be laying in bed, quieting my mind and my ex's voice will appear (we haven't spoken in years so no connection whatsoever anymore in my physical reality) and for brief seconds it'll go

      Her: Riley riley riley...
      Me: Erin.
Her: [half chuckle] will I ever get used to hearing you call me that?

I know the difference between when I would recall her voice in my head purposefully but past couple of days wasn't like that. I'd like to think it was something above and beyond as we are distant with well over two thousand miles apart.
