that's weird... i'd hate having the feeling of being wrapped up in something underwater. then again i've never had that feeling cause i've never been swimming in a dream. but it wouldn't be as bad since you can breathe underwater in a dream. |

I had a verrrry strange dream last night. I was standing on the edge of some body of water when I suddenly became aware that I was dreaming. As my exitement grew I started to tell my friend that was in the dream that I was dreaming and suddenly somebody came up from behind me and pushed me into the water!! I remember thinking "NO!! MY HAIR, YOU ASSHOLE!!" haha, anyways, I was in the water and it was very slow motionish and there was like some sort of large plastic sheet in the water and I kept getting wrapped up in it. But I was so startled by the impact from the water and shit that I became less and less lucid and by the time I pulled myself out of the water I barely even remembered. I told the man that pushed me I was going to take him to the side of a mountain and push him off and then I tried to transport us to a mountain, and that's where it ended. What the hell?!?! This was SO bizzare to me! |

yeah, being entangled or prevented from moveing in water is annoying, but Ive actually had afew dreams where Ive fallen in water and been sinking and unable to resist and I remember me thinking (and believeing this was real) this is so sad, this is the end, Im going to die soon and theres nothing I can do, and actually not been able to breathe, and woke up just before it all turns black and Im panting for breath irl. |

Being underwater in a dream isn't always bad, though. In one of my recent dreams, I was swallowed by a huge sea creature in the middle of the ocean. I remember the feeling of the pressure as he decended down underwater. It was dark, but I could feel bubbles coming out of my nose and mouth as I breathed - but the bubbles were not air, it was WATER! I then thougth "hey, I'm breathing underwater - I'M DREAMING!" |

I recall having a few dreams (can't remember if they were lucid) about being under a large body of water, and starting to breath water into my lungs, and I could feel water bubbling in my lungs kind of like water in a bong. |
