Firstly, get into the habit of writing down your dreams when you first wake up.This will help your mind think that they are important, and you will remember your dreams alot more. |

I have been having this weird experience recently with my dream recall especially for lucid dreams. When I wake up I know I was lucid the night before, but I can't remember anything about being lucid, also when I do slightly remember I only remember parts of when I was lucid I can't remember anything specifically. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with techniques that would help me on my dream recall and maybe make them seem a lot more realistic. |

I've recently been having problems remembering my lucid dreams. My issue, is that when I start LDing, I don't particularly want to stop. I will wake up from an LD, remember it and could write it down, but I choose to instead risk remembering it fully the next day and go back directly into another LD. If i wake up and go to write it down, I won't be able to easily WILD into another one. It's a bit of a tradeoff. |
