ok first i was with my sister looking for her house in a jungle in one of my dreams. we couldn't find it then we were walking and we came to a dock by the ocean. there was this other guy there and they my sister and him told me they needed my help. we jumped in the ocean and it was deep, we just started to throw huge sharks with telekenisis and they kept on coming after us. i targeted every object i wanted to throw by choice but i still didn't realize that it was a dream even though i had control.

Well, did you have anything planned in the event that you would have realized it was a dream. Within the dream content itself, you did an admirable job of defending yourself from those sharks. But it does present your Emotional Being as somewhat troubled -- sharks instead of those nice dophins. But perhaps all of this emotional excitement (Water = Emotion) was not so much your affair as that of your sister -- lost in the jungle, and then finding a man on the edge of her emotions. I wonder why they need to rely upon your help, but you are effective. Again I wonder why the Sea needs to have been that troubled. Good luck. do something to cheer up your sister.

you mean you had control of the dream and chose what happened but you didnt know it was a dream - you thought it was real?

I'm not going to bother commenting on the actual content of the dream--I'm no good at interpretation, so I focus on other things. The idea that you knew what you were doing is a good sign--You just need to cultivate a good habit of Reality Checking and challenging the reality around you. If you form a ritual of sorts where you think about where you are, how you got there, what you're doing, etc. every hour or so, you should be able to have a significant number of Dream Induced Lucid Dreams.
