Have you ever become lucid but lost lucidity right after?

I had it happen this morning. After waking up, I RCed by trying to sink through my bed. The moment I sunk through my bed into a void, I knew I was dreaming, but I lost lucidity before the next dream scene formed.

This has happened to me before. Sometimes, a new dream scene will distract me to the point where I forget I'm dreaming.

Occasionally I'll be on the verge of becoming lucid, starting to suspect I'm dreaming and thinking about checking, but will get unlucky and happen to be in a highly distracting or complex situation that makes me completely forget about it less than a second or two later.

Yup, one of my first lucid dreams was like that.
