Did you know you were dreaming as it happened? That's what defines a lucid dream. |

I remember having two different dreams I had several years ago. The first I was in a classroom and I suddenly started floating to the ceiling.I'm unsure whether I did this intentionally or It just happened. The second is more likely to be a lucid dream, because in it,I was floating of the ground in a field with a group of students crowding underneath me because they're so amazed by me floating.I kind of remember floating to show them I could do it.I might have done it to feel popular, because at the time,I had little to no friends. |

I don't remember.Maybe faintly with the second dream. |

These do not sound like Lucid Dreams to me. Just because you have a level of control in a dream does not mean it is Lucid. Lucid dreams are simply dreams where you know you're in a dream. Dream control is a separate skill. |

I have become quite interested on the layers of lucidity, and I use them to measure how lucid a dream is. For more information on these layers, click here.
