“The sleep is still in my eyes
The dream is still in my head
I heave a sigh and sadly smile
And lie a while in bed
I wish that it might come to pass
Not fade like all my dreams” —Rush
YAY Keep up the awsome work! |

The strangling feeling you get is most likely sleep paralysis... Whenever I enter sleep paralysis, I feel I'm getting strangled too. It's nothing to be afraid of, though, as you can still breathe normally, but it scared me out of my first WILD. |

Sleep paralysis: interesting interpretation, I didn't think about this possibility. In fact it's my second LD (my first one was quite brief and happened long time ago) and in both occurrences SP was involved. Now I realize it... |

Well Done. From the way I joined this community my dream recall rate inceased without keeping any dream journal!!! |
