      What is this?

Does anybody have a swirling during their dreams?? Almost looks like paint mixing together?? I always thought I was loseing my dream so I try to concentrate harder, and it always comes back, but never the same dream. Does this happen to anybody else?? Thanks~~

(I have never had this, have any information, idea on what it is nor do I have any solid advice but I feel like posting and pretending to know what I am talking about)

Hmmm... a interesting if frustrating situation you are facing it seems this may be happening when you have limited control so I would suggest spinning or rubbing your hand together.
I watch anime, that makes me different.

I just woke up from a similar dream but I wouldnt exactly call it swirls but im sure thats what i thought then. yeah, its really cool lookin but annoying cuz I didnt really know what to do. like, the blending of everything in the room including the room confused me. I wanted to get out of my dads room cuz i wasnt supposed to be in there but it was really hard to get myself to get up and walk out. once I got out I woke right away.
This dream was one of the many dreams Ive had in the last 2 hours since ive fallen back to sleep like 4 or 5 times. which brings me to a question. Can you prolong your REM sleep? It seems like that bluryness always gets me in trouble.

Hey, thanks for the replies. Stickfigure, that sounds exactly like what happens to me. I think it is switching scenes or something. What I do is let the dream be what it is and I just change what I want in the current dream. I never really make up my own dream, I just go with what happens and change differant things in that dream. That is what makes me wonder that I am just switching to another dream or something. Thanks again!!
