Thread: teleporting problem

Last night I had a pretty short lucid dream. I wanted to be a superhero, and decided on Nightcrawler. I first teleported completely randomly, and ended up in some guy's apartment miles away. The next time I tried teleporting, I aimed for a specific building-top that I could see from the apartment window, but it didn't work. How come I could go to random places but not specific ones that I could already visualize?

When I tried to project myself to my room to view a playing card; it created a pretty good replica of my room. But I placed the playing card face up on a cabinet so I couldnt see it during the day and I could see it in the lucid / OBE; the cabinet wasnt mine. So my mind seemed of created this alternate room. Of course, I'm not experienced with OBE's really but hey, I tried.
