Thread: Reading/ Writing My Dreams While Dreaming.....???

***If anyone has had this experience please share***

I know this is going to sound strange--
I have this kind of dream a few times a week ...every week. Its usually the last dream I have before waking. I dont know if it would be considered lucid or not ---anyway...

I hear my own voice in my head and its reading words from a book (the books are always cutesy/sweet romance novels ) I dont see the words in the book or anything I just hear them spoken/created in my mind and the images and actions will play out. It always goes the way I want it to and I am always in control of how its playing out and if I dont like the way something is being "read/written" I will go back and change it!! It always reads just like a normal novel would read --- I know the characters internal dialogue thier strengths and weaknesses and see it all crystal clear....its like a movie playing out and I am the creator and narrator.

Any thoughts?

so these dreams are lucid or just really high detail? im not suprised your mind can do this, iv had dreams that continued from night to night and had DEEP DEEP storylines that stayed constant, but they usually go by a TV show that iv been watching for awhile or a book that im reading...

I would have to say both lucid and high detail -- lucid b/c im always in control i only lose the control until i wake up. I guess the only reason why i would not do a reality check b/c its not in my plot. my plot is strictly romance ....none of those crazy sci-fi / fantasy books for me thank you very much!! < HA HA >
So about the TV show dreams of yours...I have those on occasion and their mostly about that show 'LOST' on ABC...which usually end up freakin' me out b/c i have a fear of deep water.
