Hello!

This i my first post on this forum - i registered earlier this year but was a forum lurker up until now.

This spring I started getting into lucid dreaming, seriously, I started doing the excercises and kept my dream journal. During different period of my childhood, I've had more or less frequent lucid dreams, but back then I did not know what the F happened, or why, that is to say, I did not recognize them as lucid dreams.

However, I felt that I should go into it seriously and did all of the above. Despite this fact, i never managed to become sucessful, and quit after getting frustrated. Like a week ago, I started reading my journal from earlier this year, and decided to give it another try; and tonight, I was sucessfull.

In the middle of the night, I came upon a street in the older parts of Stockholm (where I live), a block from the 17th century. There are a fe of those up here, so thats nothing out of the ordinary. The street was like a hill, downwards, and after running in it, my body started to levitate; because of this, i asked myself what was going on, and realized that I was infact dreaming. I rejoiced, and walked up to a wall and tried to walk through this (I have always wanted to walk through walls and or the earth, preferably at high speeds) but only managed to get my hand through, before this guy walked up to me a interupted my little project. I enloganted his face about two meters (sorry guys, i'm only familiar with the metric system) before i catapulted him up into the sky. After that I felt exausted, and this started to blur; pushing me back into the non-lucid stage of dreaming.

One thing that really struck my, was the awesome vividness of the lucid moment. I use glasses all of the waking hour, being that I am near sighted, and the diffenece between lucidity and usual dreaming was very similar to when wearing/not wearing glasses. Furthermore, I alos felt that my other senses was hightened, and everything becoming...well, literally more lucid

What to do next, what is suitable for a n00b like me who wants go move on and experience more frequent lucid dreams? Suggestions anyone?
