      Remember the future !

I had only one lucid dream yet.

But after joining this forum I had very much improvement in my memory power.

I think it is due to my exercise in Dream recall.

Any one posting about the advantages of lucid dreaming take my words. " Lucid dreaming can improve your memory many fold. "

I heard about lucid dreaming for the first time, in this November only. What an improvement !!

That's very interesting hypothesis I think, that exercies with dream recalling should improve ones memory, too. But we would have to do an experiment in more controled conditions to prove it

It's probably because you have learned to remember things with both hemispheres of the the brain.

By hemispheres do you mean right half of brain and left half ? Or Upper half and lower half ?

Can you please tell me more ? I am very interested to know about that .

I indeed mean left and right, well the right side of the brain deals with images and the left with words. So by learning to use images adapted to words you are actually using a more potent area of your brain. I'll find some stuff on it and send it to you ok?
