Tons of Control, Thanks DV

Had a great lucid dream early this morning. I got up to use the bathroom and went back to sleep right away. Some preliminary non-lucid stuff to begin with. In my car with my girl sleeping in the passenger seat.Trying to navigate through a junk yard like situation, going home. It was middle of the night to begin with, but shifted to early morning light and I wasn't in my car anymore. Instead I was driving an ATV like vehicle down a trail in the woods. Realized I was dreaming ( thats the best feeling , isn't it ) and stopped the ATV so I could really let it sink in. I started rubbing my hands together, because I read that in another post. It honestly worked. I focused on my hands and relaxed completely, I concentrated on the fact of my lucidity and looked around a bit. When I felt strongly in control I decided to create a situation right away to practice my control. Every thought I had came to fruition. Enviornment, DC's, dialog, DC behavior; all exactly as a wanted. This is probably the most control I've had ever. DV tutorials and member feedback were readily available in my dreaming mind. Thanks to everyone here ! Always dreamed lucid, but never like this. Happy Dreaming Peeps !

Yeah, I guess. I've been lucid dreaming my whole life. My father told me what it was called when I was a kid, and that there were techniques to cultivate it. I never really thought much about it. Even when I'm not lucid, my dreams are always extremely realistic and vivid. Every night, I have had crazy dream experiances so the lucidity just felt normal. Only recently have I become more interested in improving my control; which led me here. The info here has worked great in each of my recent lucids. Before, I felt like an editor in whichever dream I achieved lucidity. Able to change small things, or have full control inside the existing scenario. Now, a dream sign triggers my mind to full lucidity and using methods like rubbing my hands I can focus and have complete control. I'm going to start focusing more on maintaining it now.
