Thread: Possible Advanced Lucid Task

I think a cool advanced task would be posting a picture of a unknown location; (example: a historic castle in England) and having LDr's try to project or dream and discover this location. This wouldnt be a factual "Real Time Viewing" test, just to see how our mind creates the building, what's inside, who is working there etc.

If anyone does relay some positive "hits" and they can confirm these how awesome would that be?

Unfortunately, I actually do actually deal a little in that. From movies, to books, to even places like Disneyland & sometimes current events (like the time that creep put his dead wife in the dumpster.
And if I ended up doing that (or splash or Cody), I could attract some unwanted attention, so it is a good idea, but maybe you should tell people to make sure that they are LDs, & nothing more than that!!

Unless I knew the location, it would be hard to validate. I've only tried it once (and failed) so I don't know if I have that ability. But I am always optimistic!

It is hard to completely validate a place if you only spend about a few minutes there anyways.
And don't worry, sometimes it is better not to have those abilities (b/c you may attract unwanted attention).
On the bright side, I am always ignored during this time (except for other people doing the same) by others in that certain place.

Yeah, you could mingle with strange entities in that realm. I would ask for protection and to surround myself with white etc. What kind of things did you encounter? How do you separate lucid from the OBE's and know which one is which?

Well, I seriously think they are both Lucids, but then again, I think real time is a Lucid, too (Hey!! I am dreaming right now !!!).
Well, there are many differences I would have to say between those 2 (LD & ....?):
...?s are a lot easier to recall (about as easy as yesterday's routine, that is, if you don't have STML).
In ...?s, you can encounter just about anything you deal w/in everyday life, but there are many more differences (like they will ignore you, & you cannot touch anything), or maybe travel to some other 'undiscovered location'. Dreams will allow you to go anywhere, but provideth you remember where.
Both are completely safe, b/c if they weren't, splash's, Cody's, & my sashes would have been clamped a long time ago (if that happens.....X_X)
But if you want to do a Lucid task, make sure that they are not viewing RT in it!!!

I think I encountered an Entity in this lucid.

Well I did everything to prep for this but I guess it may have just happened. Before I bed I took some B6, did a light and sound machine session. Then woke up and started playing my Lucid Induction mp3 around 3 AM(I let it looped until the morning). I felt this dream to be possibly OBE feeling / Lucid. I knew I was dreaming; so immediately I was lucid. I saw myself in the bedroom but I was partially leaving my body as it was sleeping. In the corner of the room there was a mirror (note in this room there was no mirror). In the reflection I could see myself sleeping. What was strange was this window was opening and closing and a painting or artwork looked like it was being picked up by an invisible entity/ghost and hitting me over my body. Although I did not feel this attack. At that moment my body got a huge shock/vibration and a couple of visual images (I dont know what they were) and a bright light flashed and I immediately woke up. It sort of shook me up but I thought it was pretty cool!

Sounds just like a Lucid to me....not anything more.
But that was excellent anyways....and did you by chance know that you were dreaming?
