      First Lucid Dream

Well this morning when i woke up, i was feeling abit dizzy. And felt that i needed some more sleep. So as i went to sleep, i was half-sleeping and half-awake. I dont know if some of you get that from time to time.

So anywho, i said screw it and just went with the flow. The last thing on my mind was 'lucid dreaming'. Now i have never practiced lucid dreaming at all. I've just read about what it is. Not how to do it, or anything of that sort.

So as i was dreaming i realized, that i was dreaming. But it did not come to a shock or anything, and i was not excited at all. Just the word 'cool' slipped into my mind. And i remember feeling Tingley (Shiv-very).

So i got out of bed, but i was not in the same house (Old Old House). And i looked around, and i could notice that the color was not directly in place, Things kind of looked disorted & Grainey.

So i was about to go outside and see if i could try out (Flying), But before then, i went to my bathroom and turned on the light, and looked in the mirror, and noticed that i was not who i was supposed to be. Then i blinked and it was me, then my face morphed into my friends face (Really weird).

And then i woke up.... That was pretty much it, but overall when i woke up i felt excited because it was my first. Dont know why i was not excited in my dream.
But i would aprechiate some feedback from you guys to explain some of the details i explained. Thoe i should read about it my'self

      Truely Amazing

Just think about it for a second, our mind and imagination is so strong, we can see, hear, taste, smell and actually feel just from our own mind. We can create a plot without trying to, we can go into a different world when we are dreaming. I think its so cool, that dreams can be powerful enough to experience fear, pain, sadness. Anyways, my first lucid was last night, and it was really cool.

Ok, im in this one lady's yard, all the colors are very vibrant, the grass is a pure, really clean green, and the driveway is very bright, etc... Im talking to her, like its ordinary just to randomly talk to someone outside, then i kinda fall/ everything turns gray, then back to normal. I said to myself, hey, i must be dreaming, and it was the coolest feeling. I knew i couldn't get too excited though... or ide wake up.

I said to myself "what should i do first" many thoughts came to my head, then i said i wanted to fly. The lady told me i was crazy, and i said "I think ur the crazy one". Then i thought to myself "FLY!!!" nothing happened. Then, i really considered myself dreaming, and anything was possible. I lifting myself off the ground about 8-10 feet, then got overly excited and woke up. It was really cool.

congratulations on your first lucid dreams tas and joey

i recommend you read some of the tutorials if you want to get better at having LD's. and in your next lucid dream, perhaps try looking at your hands and allowing them to become as realistic, and lifelike as possible before trying to do anything else. i've found it'll decrease the chance of getting too excited and waking up, and also increase the realism of the dream imagery.
