      Changing perspectives during LD

A few weeks ago I had a very strange lucid dream.
It started out where I was walking to my friend's house, I got to her house and then it flashed forward to a few hours later. At this point I was my friend. She (or I) went into her room. My mother had left for work so I stealthily crept over to the computer to check my e-mail though I knew very well there would be dire consequences if I was caught communicating with one particular person. I had an e-mail from him but as soon as I openned it there was a loud noise outside the room. I quickly tried to close the e-mail but a strange blast from the door blew me back. I landed hard on the ground and found myself face to face with a very angry version of my mother. She began to yell and went over to the computer to read the e-mail. She deleted it, at this point I (my friend) was crying.
This is where I became more than one mind.
I was now the friend that I wasn't supposed to contact. He (I) was riding a horse through these beautiful open plains. I laughed with the sheer joy of the feeling of the air. A hawk flew by my side. I was also the hawk. Being both minds, we were able to communicate freely with thought and feel each others' joy. Then, I was suddenly my friend who was fighting with her mother but still the others as well. Knowing something was wrong with the other part of me I turned my horse around, the hawk following me because I was the hawk and wanted to follow my other self. Then, I was the horse as well. I was four different consciouses at the same time. It was very strange, but also strangely peaceful. It made me (myself) feel more relaxed than I had ever been. I was seeing out of four sets of eyes and feeling four minds yet I was not overwhelmed. Feeling the power of the running horse, the joy of the flying hawk, the love the rider had for the friend in trouble, and the great sadness of the friend I had been first felt absolutely... euphoirc! I don't know why.

I have a feeling I will never have a lucid dream like that again.

Has anyone else ever had an experience like this? Can anyone explain the euphoric sensation?

I have alot of dreams where I suddenly become someone else, or what I was doing in the dream, suddenly someone else is doing it and I am watching them do it.

It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.
