      First FA... Freaky, yet cool.

After experiencing a lucid dream, I woke up and my sheets were strewn all around my room. I looked at my clock and it said 23:00 - but that was impossible, as my clock could only read the maximum of 12:59. Then I realised I was at the wrong angle, and when I faced the clock it was actually 12:30, the 1 was hidden because of the angle I was on. I woke up instantly after, and realised that it was during my lucid dream. I was kinda freaked out for a sec, as I thought that only happened in movies and stuff. And that was the my first false awakening. Pretty awesome.

On another note, is it normal for your body to go completely numb while having a lucid dream?
I'm not here... This isn't happening.

Cool experience there! Welcome on board!

Yes, it is a natural part of sleeping for your body to be numb and paralyzed. If you have not already researched it, please to a search on sleep paralysis. There have been quite a few discussions on it.

      Welcome on board again!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
