      Wonderful low lucidity dream.

I've used a MILD technique before going to bed.
Soon after falling asleep I found myself in a dream. I had a very limited control, but I knew I was dreaming. And I saw a great dream with a lot of water:

I was at my summer house, and me and my sister were going to a nearby river. I remember carrying some equipment (more like a bunch of metal pipes). It was supposed to help me in some way. Suddenly I dropped it in a small pond . I tried to use my lucidity to make it float, so I'll be able to grab it before it sinks. It floated for a while, but sand just as I was about to grab it.

Finally we reached a river. I found my friends at a certain spot. Suddenly I notice that the swamp that was near the river is a great looking lake. My friends are swimming in it, and tell me to join. I undress, and join them. I swim a couple of times around the lake, and focus on some "red reflection in the water" - I dont know waht it was.

After this I got bored, and used some kind of "super jump ability" - gravity defying jump, about 20m in the air... We are going to some other beach.
(at this point I lost most of lucidity and woke up, but I went straight back to sleep, and just watched the dream. I still could exercise very limited control tho.)

The new beach is a sea. (there was no sea next to my summer house ). I decide to use another super ability, and think of how it will affect people on the beach. So I announce that I will swim underwater for
xxx meters. And I do it. I swim with no need to breath. It felt amazing. I could see sun, coming through water and so on. At the end a girl (possibly my sister) asks me how I've done it.

I climb on some kind of yacht and see a beach from there. I'm going to swim back, but I cant use the same "no breathing ability anymore". I jump into water and feel need to breathe. The surface seems so far away. I rush towards it, just to be confronted by that girl again.

Dream shifts, and I find myself with a girl I love. She tells me that we can go to "lucid dreamer's beach", since it's always empty and we can build some kind of small shelter or a house there. So we go, and I find that our intentions are creating a house by the water. We play some kind of word or association game (I forgot this part).
And we speak about our past - (here things get weird) I remember my imaginary past and living in a tiny house. She tells me she lives in some big house in the same city...

      Sorry for the lengthy post.
This dream left me in a wonderful mood. It was just so great!
