weard night

Last night i woke up every 30 min or so and i kept going lucid for about 5-10 sec . It drove me insain that i could not ld for more that 5-10 sec... is this comin. o and each dream it seamed like i never fell asleap but i when i did a RC i found out I was asleap and then i would wake up. does anyone know of ways to prolong the dream.

i had that prblem before. to make it longer dont get escited. rub your hands together, if that doesn't work try spinning. after that pick up somthing and examin it . that usly makes lucid dreams very real .

Ive had that happen too. I kept getting that tingly rushing feeling through my body and I would think yay here it comes....then I would get a few clips of something. The best one was a very masculine, sexy voice in my right ear that said "im right here", then I would wake up for about half an hour and it would all start again. Frustrating isnt it.
