Waking Life - A movie / and can you travel through time?

Has anyone else on the site seen the movie the Waking Life? it is a pretty awesome movie about philosophy but it also discusses lucid dreaming and all that can be accomplished in doing so. If you havent done so i highly suggest watching it. Also, i am new to the site, and have only had one lucid dream that i can recall, which was like a year ago or so. I am trying to have lucid dreams to answer some of lifes questions. I took a philosophy class and it opened a door that i dont think can be shut now. If anyone has any tips on how to find answers, or even travel in time, please let me know. Many thanks - BoB

Hey Bob, welcome to Dream Views. As you might imagine a movie like Waking Life has been discussed a number of time on any Lucid Dreaming website. A little [url=http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/search.php?mode=results]searching here will turn up a thread or 10. But yes, it is a great movie. I think that using Lucid Dreaming to find answers to some of the bigger questions is a great idea. I plan to do the same. Read the [url=http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=16[/url]tutorials on this site and get yourself Lucid Dreaming regularly. Then I think the most effective use of LDs would be to talk to people in your dreams. Ask them the heavy questions and see what you get.
