      Has this Happened To You?

in my last LD which was a few days ago..I had a very realistic LD..and when i woke up i was layin in bed and for a few mins after my LD i felt like an "Energy Vibe" was flowing through my shoulders and head..like it would start from my shoulders and move smoothly to my head---is this what they call Vibrations? or what do u think it might have been?? it wasn't cold chills or nothing like that...im just curious if anyone know's what this is or if anyone has had this happen to them b4

      thanks

I think nesgirl is right, its probably the wearing-off of sleep paralysis, which WILDers feel before they start dreaming.

yes, those vibrations are symptoms of the onset of a WILD

yup, dozens of times. its the remnants of sleep paralysis.

if you lie still and clear your mind it will fully reassert itself, and it possible to WILD (wake initiated lucid dream) from that state once you get the hang of it.

one night last week i woke up from a realistic lucid, felt the 'vibes', entered another lucid, woke up, felt the vibes, and entered another lucid.

check out the WILD tutorial, and you can use those situations to your benefit, and get a lucid out of the deal
