      Terrible False Awakening

Im not sure if it was a FA, but it was the... strangest... dream I've had- battling over wether or not to suppliment strange with dark or disturbing...

Im doing this in place of my dream journal, I was writing it about 10 minutes after but had to get off the comp and lost my progress, but it is very crisp in my mind.

      before the dream-

The night before I only had about 5 hours of sleep, and was certainly deprived. My day yesterday was groggy and unpleasant (like operating on benedryl), last night I went to bed at 12am and couldn't sleep till 3am (I have a VERY active mind at night, I do my best thinking before I fall asleep but it keeps me up at night). I woke up at 6am when I set it for a WILD, I attempted WILD but failed and stayed concious- I got out of bed at 7:30 and came on dreamviews to read some articles and pull off a WBTB kind of thing. I started reading LukeSkyWalkers fzero thing, and how tesla and einstein used it as a place in waking life to some extent and decided to go back to sleep.

It probably took me about 45 minutes to fall asleep, as I was studying hypnogogic imagry from the moment I layed down to when I drifted off. It was pretty consistent, white bright dots would turn into cat eyes. They appeared randomly all over my vision and I was fascinated by them. I could even summon them to an extent.- I eventually drifted off

Then I was dreaming that I was on this message board, and was reading something philip J fry wrote (as I could see his avatar) and he was writing, "When I trip on mushrooms, the most profound thing I ever experimented with was my tears- it was then I discovered that every fiber of our being is composed of the same thing that gives us orgasms."

I felt REALLY disturbed (not grossed out, but like something was horribly horribly wrong) then I tried to wake up and when I did it was chaos.

I opened my dream eyes to the most horrible ten second false awakening, the room was flashing like there was an apocoplyspe outside and I was screaming a never ending "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO" in a throaty moan that got weaker and weaker like my voice was falling down a pit, it felt like I was dying. I wanted to wake up BADLY....then I opened my eyes again and I was awake (very wiered feeling when your eyes open twice btw) and with a trembling breath- 8 minutes before my alarm was set to go off.

I just remembered another part to my dream- when my alarm clock was going off I was dreaming it in my mind- I was on a talk pannel (like in real time with bill maher) and I could hear the alarm clock CONSTANTLY annoying me, but the panel was discussing what the noise was. It was a very silly, in and out dream until I eventually woke up

Haha, that does sound kinda weird, but that's what dreams are for I suppose. ^.^

Btw, when your voice was "falling down a pit" you might have been talking in your sleep. I've seen some people here say they tried to scream in a nightmare or something but their voice sounded like it was coming from far away (I've had it too when I was little) and people later said they'd been talking in their sleep. I dunno though, just something I thought of >.>
      A dream
is a reality that others cannot see.
      Reality
is a dream you share with others.

      Haha

I am honoured, though it's not surprising that my gorgeus looks haunt people in their dreams.

Although I must say that I never would have come up with such a... sentence
