      Superfast (also, my first) WILD(s).

note: I took 600mg Valerian in the evening.

This morning it happened, my very first WILD experience. It was quite spontaneus, actually. I was lying awake on my bed, yet too tired to get up. I was trying to remember the dreams I had had in the night as my eyes closed. As my mind was very active thinking about the dreams, I accidentally WILDed! The coolest thing were the vibrations... It was awesome! I have been having a hard time thinking about how the mystical vibrations feel... now I know. And it wasn't scary at all... well, just a little bit because this is so new to me. The surprising thing was that the vibrations came very quickly (about 10-15 secs). I took a deep breath and that woke me up (I was pretty excited, too).

After this I wanted to try it again. It was surprisingly easy. I made two attempts, both of them lasted about 1 minute from closing my eyes until I opened them again:

So I closed my eyes and waited for the dream to 'load'. Again, the vibrations came very quickly. An image started to form. The first thing I saw was the back of a large man. Around him formed the environment of a bar. I wanted to do something so I walked to a woman in a white dress. She seemed friendly and we hugged... but that woke me up.

Try again, I told to myself. Closed my eyes and waited... Very soon I saw some imagery. It was a landscape that went by very quickly. I was in some sort of vehicle, and I wasn't alone. There were some other guys, too. The vibrations were a cause of the vehicle's movement. Very clever, I thought. Suddenly the lanscape changed totally, and the vehicle slowed down. I saw some futuristic houses in the horizon. It became obvius that I was in the future. I was in a time machine! I held my nose to see if I really was dreaming (stupid) and that somehow messed up my dream... And I woke up.

There may have been some FAs too but I'm not sure anymore (was truly a 'wild' morning) I guess I must be more patient and wait until the dream is 'fully loaded'. Have any of you guys had such quick vibrations/WILDs?

I have never actually WILDed yet but I have come very close several times. I find if I just relax it take longer for my SP to set in. I think a big part of it is breathing, I find when I stop breathing manual-automatic(sorry cant think of a better word), and just let my body do my breathing I enter SP realy fast, like you within a matter of seconds or minutes. Although Its hard for me to stay in this state because the initial shock each time and I find my self wanting to take a deap breath "manually" and that will take me out of it. Anyways sorry for rambling off. Congrats man! I had my first actual lucid dream today so it looks like todays a good day for both of us.
