First time trying to have a lucid dream and...

and i did! kindof... well, here's what happened.

i was planning to WILD, but then realized i didn't have an alarm clock. so i decided to just go to sleep, and hope that i would be able to realize when i was dreaming.

i was in the car, with my mom and my friends. i said something about going home, and my mom said "don't you remember? we don't have a home. it burnt down yesterday."and i remembed that in my dream last night our house had burnt down)

and so i thought, no no no no no, my house can't be gone! no way! and then i thought, hey this is a dream! its okay!

and usually at least once a night, a have a dream where i have to wake myself up my closing my eyes tight and then opening them. i remember doing it all my life, even when i was still in my crib.

anyway, so i started to do that and then i thought WAIT! i'm lucid! i can do whatever i want!

and then everything went all shaky. really shaky, and i couldn't move. i was just shaking back and forth and sideways and everyway and it was wierd...and then i was in my bed. i figured i was still dreaming, but it was kind of like when you're having a dream and you wake up but you wish you were still in the dream and you can hear yourself, and see the dream sort of in your head, but you aren't THERE, in your dream. so i checked my watch to see if i was dreaming, and i wasn't.

so, my first attemt was kind of half and half. i guess i'll try again tonight.

:bravo: Congratulations on your first LD.

The first ones are typically short. They will get longer.

And you woke up into sleep paralysis. Was that the first time you had the shakes?

congratulations....your like me, we both took only one day, but mine was weirder, i was in a russian mansion and people were running around me, so i tried to change the enviroment but it faded away, and i woke up. then i had a false awakening, so i tried to write my dream down, and there was no paper, and the light didnt turn on***DEVICE FAILURE*** signiture of dreams, watch out for that, so i writ it on my hand, and when i woke up there was nothing there, so it definately was a dream.
